Yogaretreat med Ulrica Norberg & Hillevi Borga

Join Yoga Masters Ulrica Norberg (SWE) and Tamara Graham (AUS) as they join forces to teach what will be an outstanding retreat at Asia Spa, one of Europes best retreat centers.

Expect a week of serenity, incredible SPA experience, world class yoga and meditation classes, lectures and the opportunity to make friends from all over the world. Or just pamper yourself with some investment in yourself and your own personal journey.

Ulrica is one of Northern Europes most prominent master on yoga and meditation. Tamara is one of Australias most renowed teacher, based in Perth where she runs the most popular yoga school. Together they share depth and a long experience from various styles and techniques as well as decades of self-practice.

About the yoga retreat

Through the yogic tools of asana (vinyasa yoga with alignment) breath work, meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga and Yin yoga, Ulrica and Tamara will leave you feeling replenished, rejuvenated, and re-centered.

In between yoga sessions or lectures your time is free to enjoy the blissful Asia Spa or the nature surrounding you. 

At Asia Spa you can pamper yourself with services and treatments inspired from India, Japan and China, while taking in the unique design drawn from these same regions. Alternatively, you can take beautiful walks along the shores, swim in the ocean or just be. (Spa treatments are not included in the price).

Program:

• The week starts Sunday June 28^th at 2 pm and finishes on Sunday the 5^th of July at 2 pm.
• Every day starts at 9 am–12 pm. Break for lunch and spare time until 4 pm.
• There will then be an afternoon session from 4–5.30 pm.
