We have several different kinds of saunas for you to try and a tropical rainforest for that all-important cool-down in between or afterwards. Enjoy a good soak in the Japanese hot springs, relax and rest your eyes on the horizon and Varberg Fortress, before heading into the vitality pool for a salubrious massage in the warm water measuring 30 degrees C.

YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE STARTS WITH A JAPANESE ABLUTION RITUAL

ABLUTION

Asia Spa is like a world of its own, where you begin your spa experience with a Japanese ablution ritual. Scrubbing oneself like this from top to toe is seen as a ritual where both body and soul should be cleansed. Take a seat on a wooden stool in one of our ablution rooms and allow the warm, gentle water to wash over you. Give yourself time to reflect and ponder.

Vitality pool

How about a lovely, all-over massage in warm water measuring 30 degrees C? Make your way through the different massage stations and let the jets work their magic on your stiff muscles. For the perfect ending to your spa experience, why not visit the adjacent relaxation rooms where you can put your feet up, lie back on a day bed or chill out in a hammock chair?

Sauna oasis

Here you can explore and enjoy several different kinds of saunas. Eucalyptus soothes stiff joints in the steam room and the 45 degrees C heat of the salt sauna gently envelops your entire body. Try out the low-temperature sauna or cool down every now and then in our tropical rainforest shower. Right at the heart of our sauna oasis, you can cool down with a refreshing plunge in the cold tub.

Hot springs

Slip down into the warm water in the Japanese hot springs and feel fresh air waft in through the open panoramic window. Find inner strength and balance in the warm water.

Foot baths

The foot basins at Asia Spa overlook the Japanese hot springs, is perfect for indulging your feet and relaxing your mind. Pour a scoop of salt into the water, lean back and give your feet a good soak for at least 10 minutes.
